Proof Decisions
Decisions are a quick way to for reviewers to communicate that they are done with their review of a particular version of a proof.
When a decision is made, email notifications are sent out to stakeholders (in accordance with their notification policy).
Decisions are tied to a version of a proof. When a new version is uploaded, the new version will have its own decision status.
Decision States
The decision flow applies a traffic light system:
- red: Changes required
Substantial edits are required to provide a new version that addresses the changes requested.
- yellow: Approved with changes
Once the requested changes are addressed, no further review is needed.
- green: Approved
The proof has been deemed acceptable to the reviewer.

In the right-hand comment and history pane:
- Click on Add decision.
- You will be prompted to choose your decision status.
Notice that decision status is displayed in two places:
- In the card containing the proof thumbnail in the campaign page.
- Above the comment stream in the proof page.
