Email Notification Types
Email notifications allow stakeholders to be alerted that an update or review has taken place on a proof. Notification settings are set per reviewer per proof.
Each reviewer may chose different notification settings depending on the proof they are reviewing.
Notification Levels
There are three notification levels that can be set:
- None: No notifications will be sent
- Decisions: Email notifications will only be sent when:
- a decision is made
- a new proof is uploaded
- a new version is uploaded
- All Notifications: Email notifications will be sent for all events, as per the table below.

Owner-Set Notification Preferences
Owners can specify the notification setting of each reviewer when inviting reviewers, and choosing the setting via the drop down menu.
User-set Notification Preferences
As a reviewer, you may update your notification settings.
- From the campaign page or the individual proof page, simply click on the notification icon in the top of the central panel.
- Select the notification type you prefer.
Note, doing this from the campaign page sets the preference for all proofs within that campaign.
