What is ProofJump?​

ProofJump is a web app that allows marketing teams to collaborate effectively to review the text and images of their email campaigns.

ProojJump's highly-functional and intuitive app supports you to launch error-free campaigns.

With ProofJump you can:

  • Maintain a clear record of comments so that you can track decision making
  • Ensure that everyone is reviewing the correct version
  • Remove obstacles from the approval process and meet your deadlines
  • Quickly see and set a proof's status

ProofJump solves those issues that arise in the final stages of email campaigns by:

  • Creating a working group from internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing version control
  • Coordinating comments and feedback

How does collaborative proofing work?​

Annotate​

Anyone from your selected working group can review your draft email campaign. To highlight any area of text or image, reviewers simply drop a pin and make a comment.

Team mates may reply to such comments to keep all discussions grouped to that annotation. Alternatively, they may drop their own pin and start an entirely new discussion about a different feature.

Lifecycle management​

The users and guests in your working group can make decisions and update the status of your proof. Perhaps it is perfect and can be "Approved"? Alternatively, there may be just one or two small fixes and it can be "Approved with changes", i.e., once those updates are made, it is good to go.

Oh if only they were all that easy! But, seeing as they are not, there is a "Changes required" status to let everyone know that the proof is still a work-in-progress and requires significant updates before it will be ready.

Manage variants​

ProofJump created the abstraction layer of "Campaigns", to let you bring in as many concepts to review as you want.

Perhaps you have different versions or personalized campaigns and want to see how they look? You can view proofs side-by-side to see how they compare.

Perhaps you have experienced the chaos of the loss of version control? With ProofJump, the working group may only comment on the latest version: no more wasting effort on cleaning up old news!
